While many enthusiasts of The Clash have hated to see their idols music used in tacky adverts for jeans etc, we believe that most will forgive this latest bit of appropriation by online phenomenon ‘Joe’:
In fact it is our belief that Joe Strummer himself (no relation) is probably smiling down from his celestial perch at this video, which we strongly suspect has been in production for a while in anticipation at the decision of the hight court today. When all else fails you can still rely on The Clash to be story tellers of our interesting and troubled times. No other band has come close to them and probably never will.
